Attorney Clotfelter obtained her juris doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law and a bachelor of science degree from Wilson College.  She is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association where she is the past Chair of the Family Law Section.  She is also a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Attorney Clotfelter is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Collaborative Professionals group as well as a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. She is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Clotfelter represents clients in central Pennsylvania including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, and York Counties.  She worked for many years in a general practice firm where she handled a diverse caseload with an emphasis in family law matters.  Since opening her own firm in 2004, she has continued to focus on family matters as well as general civil practice. She is skilled in collaborative law and is an experienced litigator.  She actively represents clients in divorce, marital separation, child custody, support, prenupital agreements, adoption, termination of parental rights, grandparents' rights, paternity, name change, power of attorney, dependency and legal guardianship.  She also does estate planning and administration, real estate documents such as deeds, and all aspects of general civil litigation matters.
